IMPACT 3: Building an Equitable Future

Date: Fri, Mar 24, 2023, 5:30 PM – Sat, Mar 25, 2023, 6:00 PM EDT

Location: Yale School of Management 165 Whitney Avenue New Haven, CT 06511

In 2019, the Yale Alumni Association launched IMPACT, a series of events showcasing the many ways that the Yale community is changing the world for the better by advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In the years since, IMPACT has brought together thought leaders from the classroom to the boardroom and from concert halls to the halls of justice, giving changemakers working on disability justice, health equity, arts access, public policy, and more the opportunity to share their work and their vision. In 2023, the series builds on its past and returns to the place where it all began in the first in-person IMPACT conference since 2019 – IMPACT 3: Building an Equitable Future.

IMPACT 3 will focus on leaders and organizations who are taking big swings and making meaningful changes that advance DEI at a time when our world needs them more than ever. As we adjust to a reality changed by a global pandemic and fractured by competing visions of the future, these changemakers have continued to move forward towards a more equitable tomorrow. IMPACT 3 will connect these leaders with you and each other through in-depth conversations, panels, keynotes, and workshops designed to inspire your own work as change agents and builders of a better world. This year's speakers include Eric Liu and Karen Narasaki. The conference will cover a wide array of topics and issues that intersect DEI, from institutional racism to climate change to disability/accessibility.

Connect with leaders and organizations who are taking big swings and making meaningful changes that advance DEI at a time when our world needs it most. Join IMPACT 3 for in-depth conversations, panels, keynotes, and workshops designed to inspire your own work as change agents and builders of a better world.
