The Chicago chapters of the Yale Black Alumni Association, the Yale Latino Alumni Association, and the Association of Asian American Yale Alumni are partnering with After School Matters® for a Day of Service event for the second year in a row! After School Matters® provides Chicago high school teens with high quality, out-of-school time opportunities to explore and develop their talents while gaining critical skills for work, college, and young adult life. This year, we will engage After School Matters® teens in a Resume Writing and Mock Interview Workshop. The workshop focuses on helping teens build fundamental resume writing and interviewing skills, but also provides opportunities for volunteers to present tips and tricks that go beyond the basics.
