Join the AAAYA Chicago in celebrating Lunar New Year! Everyone can come and welcome the Year of the Horse with a 5 course dinner. We will start with appetizers (falafels, houmos, and baba ghannouj), lentil soup, fattoush (salad), a mixture 4 of entrees (brochettes of lamb, brochettes of chicken, kebabs, and salmon) and finally dessert. We will be eating family style so that everyone can try the various foods. The owner of the restaurant will also explain each of the traditional dishes. If you haven’t had Lebanese cuisine this would be the perfect opportunity to try it.
