Join AAAYA Chicago and fellow Yalies in welcoming the year of the Ram (or Sheep or Goat) at the Adler Planetarium In Vino Cosmica. Discover the science of the world’s oldest fermented beverage at Adler After Dark. If you buy the $10 tasting card you can sample your way around the world with product from Kendall Jackson Family Wines, who will be sharing some of their favorite brands and styles. Dr. Jeff Oishi from the American Museum of Natural History will be on hand to discuss his research on fluid dynamics (wine is a fluid, after all), and there will be an exploration of the wine-making process and organic farming in a special workshop on Biodynamics.
