About the Event
As members of the Asian American community, we understand the unique challenges and stigma surrounding mental health that often go unaddressed. We would like to invite you to a special Zoom webinar titled "Mental Health and Asian Americans" featuring Dr. Michelle Chung, a NYC-based psychologist with expertise in mental health issues within the Asian American community. During our webinar, she will be sharing valuable insights, strategies, and resources to help us navigate these important conversations and prioritize ours and our loved ones mental well-being.
